Bouncing email marketing info and contact

Hi, 

Can you fix the problem with bouncing email in email marketing? 

All email starting with info and contact are always bouncing, all the others are good.

again customer service 😅 Can you bring them my bug? last time i tried reaching them, got 5 pre-written email response "not understanding my problem".
