Can you help me out too? My booking site has been down but all my payments have gone through and on top of that I was charged twice for my weebly site. My booking site is www.artstbooking.com which gives an error. Customer service has been no help they keep saying to wait it out. This is my business and people have to be able to book with me!! Please help with a refund and a solution!!
Hey @Artstmorgan , I now this is a month old post and I hope that someone was able to help you out with a refund of the double charge. I click on your booking site and it although i didn't go all the way through with it, that seems to be working as intended to start. If you are still having issues, please let us know.
