Basket stays "Empty"

Hi
I can click on the buttons to add items to my basket, but it never puts it in the basket and always says the basket is empty.  It's doing this everywhere and not just my laptop/phone as I've had others try it for me too...
I've tried all the suggested fixes I can find from searching about it, but nothing's helping.
Have also sent an email to customer support, but in the meantime thought I'd ask here to see if there's anything else I can do from my end to get it working, or whether will just need to get CS to sort it...
