I use square for a restaurant that collects tips and taxes. I have created various square folders that collect various percentages throughout the month. My problem is, how do I create the entry? For the amounts life in balance folders, do I consider it "undeposited funds"? Also, I can't seem to find a report that shows me what I sent to my bank vs what I sent to these balance folders. It is turning into a nightmare. Anyone else having these problems?
