I seem to be coming across quite a few issues and bugs in my first few days with Square.
There seems to be loads of items not showing relevant badges on certain products.
As an example, I'll use the last product that was uploaded to my site. This is in a 2 for £20 offer. The badge clearly isn't showing on the home page nor product page.
But as you can see, the product IS in the offer and it still comes up correctly at checkout when adding another relevant item.

This is a know bug that I reported on the 4th of October it has been escalated to the support team and they are aware that the offer badges have all disappeared and are not showing. I believe they only appear at the checkout stage if the customer happens to put items in on the offer.
Unfortunately there has been no fix as of yet but they are fully aware it is not working!
I have noticed that they don't show if a visitor uses the filter to search by Popularity. If they use the filter to search by another option such as Newly Listed, the offer badges then show
Badges for offers appear to have stopped showing again. There's no indication of my offers on any of my items.

Do the discounts still appear when your customers are checking out?

I'm in touch with someone from support via email as of yesterday afternoon so I have mentioned the badges as well as other issues/bugs that I have encountered. I thought it might be quicker to do it via email.
For some reason, badges are still showing for one discount, but none of the others. I have about 5 different multibuy discounts running.
The discounts do appear in the basket.

The badges not appearing on items but still applying at checkout is an ongoing ticket that I am aware of.
I can add your case to the ticket for tracking now and let you know once I have an update.
This is not related to your other query which is being separately investigated.
