BUG ALERT - Items not syncing to website properly

I reported this issue last week, and the advice I received was "recreate the items". Now I have it happening again with a new item. Something is broken with sync! I have an additional issue where items are not showing up to the website at all, but i will open a separate thread for that.

 

The price has been added to the dashboard, however when the item syncs to the website it publishes with $0.00 price. Which clearly is a problem. I recreated the other two and was able to get them corrected, but it is not sustainable for me to have to keep recreating items. I need support in getting this bug resolved.

Thanks again for bringing this over to the Community! I am going to recommend reaching out to our CS Team directly for this one too. They will get a ticket filed with our engineers. 

Always appreciate your insight on these.

I belive there was a ticket opened with eng by @isabelle but she is out of office this week. I have opened tickets before on this issue to no resolve

Hey @JTPets - I just reached out to the engineer on the ticket that @isabelle filed for you. Waiting to hear back on a [hopefully] better resolution than recreating each item.
