BIG POND EMAILS RECEIVING SQUARE INVOICES . These email addresses seem to have issues receiving square invoices. Are there remedies.

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, if BigPond email addresses are having trouble receiving Square invoices, there are a few steps you can try to help resolve the issue:

1. Ask the customer to check their spam or junk folder – BigPond’s spam filters can sometimes flag Square emails, especially if it's their first time receiving one.

2. Have them add Square to their safe sender list – Ask the customer to add [email protected] to their contacts or safe senders to improve email deliverability.

3. Double-check the email address – Make sure there are no typos in the address (e.g. @bigpond.com or @bigpond.net.au).

4. Provide a direct link to the invoice – From your Square Dashboard, you can copy the invoice link and share it via SMS or another email address if needed.

5. Suggest they contact their email provider – If the issue continues, they may need to contact BigPond/Telstra to check if Square emails are being blocked or delayed.
