Avaliability

Hi, I’m a makeup artist and i use square for my clients. My avaliability changes each month and i’d like to be able to release slots for the upcoming month on a specific date the month before (eg. May slots are released on the 20th of April, June slots are released on the 20th of May etc. 

Currently i have it set that appointments can’t be scheduled further out than 30 days(done in my settings) but is there any way to do it so i can release certain dates at a specific time

What you are looking for would be a feature request at the moment. 

 

You would need to manually change the settings of how far in advance a client can book, where you have 30 days set currently. 

 

One potential workaround might be the Waitlist feature, have you had a look at it yet? It's an Appointments Plus feature that you can use on a waiting list to fill schedule gaps caused by last-minute cancellations or reschedules. 

It also allows you to:

  • Enable popular staff to capture demand from clients who want to book but are hindered by limited availability.

  • Message clients, add staff notes or remove the client from the waiting list.
