As a makeup artist how to sell a service?

Hello, My name is Rebecca and i am a makeup artist and licensed cosmetologist. I have my own makeup studio but i am struggling with the business side of things.

Honestly, I feel like selling services is way different than selling products. It's almost like there needs to be some type of trust built between the customer and the professional. I am going to do my first email campaign to my almost 400 customers and am so excited see people that haven't maybe came in a year. Im not really good with this but try to research and see how I can stay above water. I changed my outlook and have been planning and doing things to prepare for business. If anyone has any ideas to share with someone not as savvy or knowledgably with doing marketing and building relationships with customers please share below. Thank you community!
