Are people able to purchase using square out of the country?

I am currently in presales for my book, however much of my family is in the United States Virgin Islands and they state you are not showing that on your options.  What can I do?

Are you trying to travel to the Virgin Islands and make in person sales there, or are they looking to place online orders?
