How about setting a limit of one appointment per day per customer. I can see that a bad Bot could fill up the online calendar very quickly.
You can set the appointments app to require confirmation before being set to the calendar - that way you get around the multiple attempts.
Thanks for the info, but I could still have hundreds of status pending appointments to decline.
