Apple pay not working with square online

Hi all, we've recently started using square online with customers scanning qr codes to place their order. So far some customers have been able to use Apple Pay successfully, however others haven't been able to process their payment. After double clicking the side button the process seems to hang and not finalise.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution?

While we can't look into specific transactions via this public forum, I've seen the loading error when making purchases on different sites as an Apple Pay user. 

Sometimes it appears to be because the face recognition failed, and others I've just used the wrong card or passcode. Usually, this can be fixed by attempting to process the payment again.
