I would like to request the ability to amend an online order. My customer would like to alter what size he has ordered, as well as add on another item, and I would like to do this and send him another payment link for the balance.
Unfortunately, there is no amendment option, and being told to cancel the order and get the customer to rebook is an appalling response, awful customer UX, and risky for our business if they do not reorder.

A great idea would be to post this to the Feature Requests board, this way it enters the system to be tracked by the team and considered as a future feature!
Not ideal but you could send him the correct size and the additional item, then invoice him for the balance.
