AfterPay Payment Not Received

I had a client pay via AfterPay. The payment went through on her end but my app showed that the payment failed. The payment isn’t listed in my list of transactions either. What do I do?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the frustrating experience. 

 

It sounds like the payment wasn't successful, as all completed payments would be visible in your list of transactions. The payment your customer is seeing on their statement could be in a pending, or voided status and would disappear from their statement shortly. While we can't take a closer look at this transaction via this public forum, you can take a look at your Transaction Status Report or contact our support team. 1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squareup.com/help/au/en/contact

3. Click on any topic, then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us" or "Email us"
