Why is my account not eligible for after pay payments?

How can i use after pay for my client who wants to pay using it? how do i charge ? thanks

In order to use Afterpay, your customer will need to download the Afterpay app and get started. Once their account is ready it would be as easy as using the Afterpay-issued debit card to complete the transactions and they will be guided on the app with the next steps.
