Adding a payment option at checkout for square/weebly on line store?

Is there a way to add payment options for checkout?  I put on book & gift fairs and at most of my hospitals employees are able to have purchases deducted from their pay and I'd like to be able to offer that online too.

@bookfairguy There isn't a way to do this at this time no. 

There's only the payment options that we offer on there currently. I'm not sure which in particular you mean by this though.

Well, I just discovered that Shopify does have this option on their system.  They call it "manual payment method".  A great example is Cash on Delivery (COD). So, with them, I could create a manual payment method called "payroll deduct", have my customers select that when they complete their online purchase.  In my case I would confirm with their work location that they are an employee and that the sale amount is approved and then I would process and ship/deliver the order.  I then invoice the location for the sale and get sent a check for the payroll deduct purchase.  I would love to have this option with Square/Weebly.

Has there been any kind of update to this? I have checked in to switching to shopify but I really don't want to redo my whole site. I desperately need a cash on delivery option though because I have so many local customers that would rather pay cash.

At this time Square Online still requires a Card or Gift Card transaction to complete @DeannaLewis113. Thank you for taking the time to share your interest in this feature.
