Adding a menu to the online website page.

I have added the food menu in the Items section of Square. However, customers are unable to see the menu I added and cannot place orders through online channels. What do I need to do to make the menu visible to customers and allow them to place orders through online platforms such as DoorDash or Uber?

Setting Up Online Ordering in Square for Restaurants
 
Initial Setup 
→ Dashboard
→ Online
→ Site Editor
→ Enable Online Ordering
→ Select "Restaurants" template
→ Configure basic settings
 
Menu Configuration
→ Items
→ Menu
→ Enable items for online sale
→ Set "Sold Online" to ON
→ Configure pricing
→ Add photos and descriptions

 

 

Enable Online Ordering:

→Dashboard

→ Online

→ Site Editor
→ Enable Online Ordering
→ Configure hours of operation
→ Set delivery/pickup options

 

Configure Order Types:

→Pickup orders

→Delivery options

→Curbside pickup

→Dine-in ordering

 

Check Item Visibility:

→Verify categories are set up 

→Confirm items are assigned to categories 

→Enable items for online ordering 

 

Connect Delivery Platforms

 

In house Delivery:

→Settings

→ Delivery
→ Set delivery zones
→ Configure fees
→ Set minimum orders

 

DOORDASH:

→Dashboard

→ Online

→ Delivery
→ Select DoorDash
→ Follow connection steps
→ Sync menu items

 

Uber Eats

→Dashboard

→ Online

→ Delivery
→ Select Uber Eats
→ Complete account linking
→ Verify menu sync

 

Common Issues & Solutions
  1. Items Not Showing:

    • Check "Sold Online" toggle
    • Verify inventory settings
    • Confirm pricing is set
    • Check category assignments
  2. Platform Connection Issues:
