On the Order Online page, the add-to-cart button is disabled and says “Available Later,” Even if we set the ordering hours for almost 24x7

Hello @FusionTrek !

Usually this Available Later issue comes up when there’s a mismatch between the timing.

Are all your items set with that three day window, or is it only for specific items? What I’ve found works best is to set your base pickup time on your website for whatever the quickest turnaround item is then change the longer timed items individually. If you try to have items with a quicker pickup time than the site expects it can throw odd errors.

If you have it configured this way already, please respond with your website address so we can continue to troubleshoot.

Thanks for taking your time @ryanwanner

Yes, all of the items will be delivered and ready for pickup after 3 days. For now, I have set the base pickup and delivery time to 3 days after the order is placed & for all individual menu items I set the quickest available time. I think this way the customers will know that they must order 3 days in advance.

It’s working for now as expected: https://www.bangingboxes.co.uk/

Please do let us know if you have better suggestions. Our main intention is to inform customers that their order will be ready after 3 days, so they should place their orders in advance.

@FusionTrek  Glad to see it's working for you now!

You've hit upon the issue that plagues developers and business owners both: the fact that the general populace doesn't like to read. I've seen multiple tries at getting Square Online to better advertise pickup days, and with every try there are still people who "miss" the note that the order has a lead time.

With any luck, this setup will work for you. If you notice that people are still arriving at the wrong times, you may want to consider sending emails to them reminding them of the pickup date. From what I can tell, that's the best bet right now.
