what are form entries/subscription entries ?

help I have no idea what form entries/subscription entries are seem to have a few email addresses no idea what to do with them

Subscription entries are from when someone subscribes to your email list which is likely a small bar in your footer which you can remove if you need to.

Form entries are entries in forms across your site like the one displayed on www.mjdonlineuk.com/contact-us
