How to save website without publishing

Hi, we are brand new to square & are trying to build our website in the editor. Is there any way we can save the changes & build it over a few days or do we have to do it all in one go? We do not want to publish anything until we are finished & as we are brand new to this it is going to take a while to build it. Thanks,

Hi there, not sure if you have figured it out or not but pretty sure it has an auto save function but to publish your page you need to press the publish button on the top right of your dashboard on the website. You can take as long as you need to build it and change it. You can also take your website down to do changes or maintenance at any time. I currently have mine down to make some big changes. Simple process to publish 🙂

Thanks for the reply TwoJays. I think what I did was went away, left it on my screen then came back later & made changes without refreshing it so I was logged out in a way. I've since gone in, refreshed the screen, made changes & they have saved. Thanks again for the help 😉
