Help needed with Identity Verification

I'm setting up my account first the first time, and have one attempt left to verify my account as every **bleep** time it is unable to verify me.

My name, address and phone number are all correct, but I'm having trouble with the identification documents thing.

 

I don't have a passport so that's not an option.

I only have a learner permit, however any attempts to use that have failed.

I'm on my family's Medicare card, which also didn't work. 

 

I'm 18 so I just registered for my own medicare card (literally five minutes ago) 

Reckon my own Medicare card will work? I only have one verification attempt left so I'm STRESSED

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues completing the signup process. 

 

You can verify your identity using your Medicare card.

However, before proceeding to your last verification attempt, I recommend reading over our
Sign Up Troubleshooting article.
