hi there, i tried to customize my order confirmation email under communication and find that the logo is text. Can I update to an image instead? please instruct how.

You can drag/drop the Image element into the header area to upload your logo. You can then delete the "logo text" by hovering over the text, then clicking the X in the top right corner.
I believe we used to have another way to add the logo, but I'm still trying to confirm this. I'll let you know what I find out, but for now the image trick I suggested will work for you. 😊
