recently my square terminal out of battery, after a full charge the terminal won't turn on now. I tried using different cables, tried keep charging but still not working. Asked customer service agent over the phone, but she's helpless. keep asking me to charge the terminal... and nothing else she can do to help me get the machine fixed. Any body know how I can fix the terminal? Like even any third party company would work... this machine is over $400 and we can't do anything if the machine is broken after 1 year warranty... if it is the situation then it's a waste of money. DON'T ever get square terminal.
