square printing margins: printing totals off the page

I have a square register system attached to a star tsp100 printer, I have the paper guide in there and the memory switch settings are set to the 51mm paper (the smaller size that goes into square terminal), the receipt is printing well everything is centred except the totals, the numbers are printing off the page. I contacted the star printer customer support/hardware team and they didn't have an answer and suggested to talk to the square hardware team as its most likely something that needs to be switched in the receipt printing settings. square also didn't have an answer for me as they have no way to control margins on a receipt. Has anyone else had this problem? Has anyone been able to solve this issue or know where I can look to solve this issue? Thanks for your time.

Hi, @eburgerin I'm sorry to hear that this issue with your printer has brought you to the Seller Community.

We do not have a way to edit the printing margins from the printer settings within Square, but I suggest starting out with the troubleshooting steps for your printer type listed here

I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions.

I have the same problem.  Has this problem been solved?  I have the TSP100IIILAN printer and have the 51mm guide in place and printer config has been updated to 51mm.  However, from the square POS it still notes 80mm and there is no option to update/edit the configuration.

Appreciate any update on this item.  Thank you
