I have taken this up with our rep and it seems like the registers got an update recently that removed the REPRINT line from the bottom of kitchen tickets that get reprinted from a register. If we use an ipad the line still prints in red.
This is so very frustrating as we are a busy counter-service restaurant and often need to edit tickets because guests change their minds or move tables, etc, and if there is nothing indicating that it is an edited ticket, the kitchen often assumes it is simply a new ticket. I'm surprised that I can't find any conversation about this yet here-- what are people doing to work around this? I am not interested in going back to using our elderly ipad stands! Thank you for any ideas.

I’d like to look into this further and escalate it if needed. To better assist, could you share a photo of how the ticket looks when printed from the register versus the iPad? What app version is the Register on? Does deleting and recreating the printer station resolve the issue?

I haven't used kitchen tickets before so I don't have exact experience with this. I'm so sorry. I'm sure that's super frustrating! Hope there is a resolution for you and your team.

I am also having the same issue! The kitchen will print appertizers again that was reprinted. Very frustaring! It used to have a "reprint" shown on the ticket". I have attached a picture our reprint tickets.
