How can we change the person who it was rung up on after the sale is complete
Hey there @meadowsweet. Unfortunately, you can’t. Square’s policy here is that once a transaction has been completed, it can not be changed for any reason. Period. Normally, I’d suggest that you head to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request, but I know for a fact that this will do no good. Square has made it very clear that this policy is not going to change.
Anyway, if you need to make adjustments to payroll, commissions, etc, you’ll have to do those manually. That’s about the best help I can give you based on the fact you didn’t explain why you need to change this.
