Can I set up a self-serve ordering station to print ride tickets using my Square POS?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Receipts/Tickets for individual items/rides.

Hi All!

I currently use square for multiple amusement rides/games.

 

I am wondering if it is possible for a customer to purchase individual ride tickets, and then have the square POS print these out

E.G.

- Customer Purchases ticket for Ride A, and ticket for ride B

- Square POS Prints out a receipt, and the tickets for ride A and Ride B

 

There is a similar feature in Accesso Siriusware so I am wondering if square has a way to do this

Set Up Your App

Set Up Your Printer

  • Printer settings for your Square Kiosk are located on your companion Point of Sale device. This device is the main POS device that is connected to your printers via USB, Bluetooth, Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

    1. On your Square Dashboard, navigate to Device Management > Profiles > Printer Profiles > Create Profile.
    2. Name your Printer Profile (e.g., Ticket Station 1).
    3. Enable Online & kiosk order tickets.
    4. Select Single item per ticket to ensure each ticket prints separately.
    5. Choose Categories to print and select all applicable options (e.g., Ride Tickets category), then tap Save.
    6. On your companion POS, open your Square app and go to More > Settings > Hardware > Printers > Profile. Assign your printer to the newly created Printer Profile.
    7. Place a test order on your Square Kiosk to verify printer settings.
