My reader will not pair with my Apple diverse, states that it is for another country. I bought it from staples in canada, they won’t take it back, is there any way to change the country?
That's strange @Amusedangel. If you bought the reader in Canada and you are in Canada you should not see this error message.
(You could see this error if you bought the reader in Canada and then travelled to another country, e.g. crossed the border to the US.)
