Zebra Printer font too large and prints everything 3x

Zebra printer ZD411 has all of sudden starting printing in a font too large for my labels and is misaligned as well..  It also prints 3 labels instead of 1.  I have gone thru the AI help, live help without a resolution.  I have done everything, even factory reset the printer, forgot the printer and reinstalled,  Been working on it for two day.  I need help.

I’m having the same problem with mine. It just started suddenly yesterday. I also tried the same things. Still not working.

Have you had any luck in getting your printer to work right?

No I haven’t. Not sure what to do. It just started suddenly. I am hoping someone from square support will answer

I have square stand. It’s impossible to fix and reinstall again this morning, follow all the instructions on web and youtube and zebra website.  I NEED HELP!!!

Ok now my square ipad is giving me msg “failed to configure printers.  Select different label size of disconnect printer that do not support it.  I selected a different label - still not work.  Disconnected and reinstall - still not work,

Same issue   but my printer is printing 20x
