Will a POS-X thermal printer work with my Square Stand?

I have a POS-X Xr500 Thermal Printer. Will it work with my Square Stand through USB connection? When I plug it in, it doesn’t show up.

Hi, @tonelle74design ! 

Square Point of Sale only works with a specific list of supported receipt printers, and unfortunately the POS-X Xr500 is not officially supported with the Square Stand through USB. 😣

Our hardware works best with certain models like the Star Micronics TSP100III USB, the Epson TM-m30, or the Star mC-Print3.

It won't show up if it isn't compatible.
