The title of this thread has been edited from the original: refund duplicate.
Hi, I went to issue a part refund. Asked to select the transaction > enter custom amount > complete the refund and now it shows on smartphone that I have issed the original total transaction PLUS the custom transaction. How can the platform be so dysfunctional?

Apologies for any confusion. The Square app will display your original transaction and refund as separate line items once a refund has been completed. In this case, you're seeing the original transaction from February 13, 2025 ($) and the partial refund issued on February 16, 2025 (-$).

Hi, I'm mystified why I can't find an Acivity log for my recent transactions.
Just like any bank statement or that I have on the home page of PayPal.
