I have set up square and am able to take payments etc now, but all the appointments that were added in the computer first when setting up, not the app, are not showing in the app. I just added an appointment and that is now showing in the app, but nothing applied earlier. Do I seriously need to go and re add all my appointments??

It sounds like you may be logged into a different account on the app than you are on the computer.
We'd recommend logging out and logging back in with the same email address you use for the computer to make sure the appointments are showing in both places.
