Hi I am a new small business. I am mostly online but doing some live events for sales and visibility this fall. Is the Square or the phone adaptor better? I will not always have Wifi, so I am guessing the phone is best. I will be selling products and courses and hope to take credit cards or cash, but also Venmo and Paypal.
Will the phone attachment work for a Google Pixel. I think the product information says it will not work with C USb connections.
I would love some advice on what to choose.

@pcasellomaddox Welcome to the community. Since you are just starting out I would go with the Square Reader for contactless & chip (2nd gen) along with the Square POS app on your Google Pixel. This gives you card-chip, contactless, NFC (Google Pay, etc.), portability for live events. For 59.99 it's a small investment as you grow you can upgrade to the Handheld, Stand or Register.
As for taking Venmo and PayPal, we have a signat our registers with a QR code that takes people directly to our Venmo account and they pay us through that. Square does not have a dedicated Veno or Paypal button. The way we log it on Square is when you are on the payment screenin Square tap Other Payment types and we type in Venmo.
