"Team permissions issue"
So I am trying to add a team member with team member permissions so they can use their phone in the field to take payments. When I add them to the team with default team permission settings, they are unable to add a square reader. Says you don't have permission on her phone. Default team permissions are Checkout and Orders as Active. But if I give her full access permissions, she then gets the option to add hardware. So my question is which permissions need to be active so they can add square reader hardware so I don't have to give them full access?

The permission you'll need to enable in order to allow this team member to connect the reader is called "configure hardware settings". This is located near the bottom of the list under the Account & Settings section of Team Permissions, as shown below.
