My sqaure terminal stopped working with stand (2nd). The ipad (stand) has hotspot and 2.5 feet away. When i select terminal on stand, the transactions will not go to the terminal and seems like the terminal freezes. The terminal has the latest updates also
Hey there @Soicy. Have you tried a factory reset of your Terminal yet? If not, you’ll want to do this, after which you’ll need to reconnect Terminal to your iPad (I assume you are using the Connected Terminal feature, based on your post.)

did a couple of factory resets, no luck. Using the device login code for connection
Hmmm. It’s starting to sound like a defective Terminal. But, first, let’s rule out a couple of other things.
