Is there a way to provide feedback to Square relating to new updates, or to be part of a 'test drive' panel? Some of the new updates are resulting in excessive key strokes ( taps) in a transaction, slowing efficiency of cashiers and creating a nuisance at the til via the POS.
For example, you must now arrow-back from an item search to the main menu in order to barcode scan the next item. Otherwise, it brings up the item's info card but does not input the item into the transaction. This means we're taking twice as long to enter the item.
Similar nuisance searching in the back end: when the balance of an invoice is paid, that transaction is not attributed to the invoice, so we have to manual hunt for the details when balancing the til.
Additional glitch when duplicating an item: Square presents an error message, so you have to quit the process, and go back to find the duplicate item card, reopen it, and continue editing.
We keep finding these little nuggets of nuisance and have no way to report the issue or how it slows us down.

When duplicating a product in order to create a new, similar item within the item library, Square immediately pops up the alert window that reads, "You have unsaved changes. Are you sure you want to leave this screen and discard your changes?

More glitches -- this one has caused a 1-star review when a customer was HORRIFIED that there was tipping requested. I was taken aback. We do not request nor accept tips.
Our tipping toggle is turned OFF. However, upon payment of an invoice, the client is asked if they want to add a tip. There is no way to turn tipping off when it is already turned off..... so why is this screen appearing? We have checked the invoice settings. How do we make sure that this screen does NOT appear to our clients?
