I have followed the procedure and added a customers phone number after a sale so that they can signup and then receive their loyalty points yet the customer is not actually registered into the program after this point and once the customer has left i don't have any evidence of them to associate with a particular sale.
Is there a problem with the loyalty program within square? I need help!
