Unable to Complete Square Hardware Purchase

I'm trying to purchase hardware through my account online. The cart will not accept my credit card nor allow me to change shipping information. I've tried calling Square MULTIPLE times, and nothing has been fixed. "Sales management" has yet to contact me.

• Clear the cache on your browser. Access the Help menu of your browser to locate step-by-step instructions.
• Switch to a supported browser, such as Google Chrome or Safari.

If none of these troubleshooting tips work, do you have a different debit or credit card you could use to complete your purchase?
