Touch screen is frozen. Re-set does NOT work. It is still frozen and needs to be touch activated to "get started". But the touch screen is still frozen! Any help?

It sounds like you've already done some of your own troubleshooting for this issue with your Terminal. If a hard reset still didn't resolve the problem, I'd highly advise getting in contact with our customer service team on 855-809-9000. Our team will be able to find your account and guide you through the warranty process if needs be.
