My To Go Order tips are not being received by the employee that works the order. The order says it is received by an untracked employee. How do I set it up so the employee receives the tip?
@MarigoldSalon I’m assuming that you are not doing tip pooling for your employees. This means that you can not set anything up in Square to transfer those tips to the proper employee. What you’ll have to do, for now, is keep a record of untracked employee tips and who each order should have gone to. Then, when you run payroll, you’ll have to adjust the affected employees’ tips.
