Tipping order keeps changing

I noticed when completing sales the order of when it asked the customers for tips changed after an update.( the old was it asked for a tip at the very end after asking them to remove the card, the new way it would ask for a tip before having them remove the card) But then it went back to the old way and went back to the new way again! Now for days it’s been back to the old way. We loved the new way because it’s forcing customers to choose an option before removing their card whereas before they’d just walk off without choosing anything because they thought they were done.  Does anyone know if they were just testing it and will release an update to make it the new way again?

When enabling tipping on your device you can select between showing your tip options on the signature screen or on a separate screen.

 

-If you opt not to display a Separate Tipping Screen, tipping options will be shown on the signature screen.

 

-If you choose to display a Separate Tipping Screen, your customers can select a tip after the payment has processed.
