For two days in a row our Square Terminal has been glitching randomly changing tabs and not allowing me to get to the keypad. When I try turning the unit off by pressing the side button, it doesn't allow me to turn it off or restart as the screen keeps changing. It takes about 15-20 attempts before I successfully am able to reboot the unit. Do I need a new one or is there a software update needed.
