Recently we have been experiencing very different behavior when we swipe a customers credit card to start a tab/ticket. Before, when we swiped the card, it would pull first and last name from the card to start their tab/ticket. We then were able to edit to add the seat/table number to the tab.
Recently, on some of our devices (not all), when we swipe the credit card it's just pulling first name (then after saving, the first and last name show up on our other devices). It's a little confusing when different devices show different information.
