Supported keyboards for register?

Can anyone confirm what brand/model keyboards can be connected to the square register? Preferably along with a barcode scanner, as I saw an old post that said you couldn't connect both at the same time, but it was back in 2018 so I'm assuming that glitch has been fixed by now? Speaking of old posts... it would be really super helpful if we could filter posts/threads from the search bar to show the most recently active ones first. Am I missing this option?! There seems to be a lot of common sense things that are missing from square in all sorts of areas and I'm a little perturbed by it 🙄

Hi TheBurrow,

There does not seem to be a recommended keyboard however, there are other recommended devices.  Not sure why at this point there's no keyboard mentioned, so perhaps someone else here has some suggestions.  There was a post from 2019 whereas a member connected a generic USB keyboard to the hub and it worked.  Sorry, my setup uses the Stand, iPad and a Bluetooth Keyboard so I can't directly speak for the Register and USB Hub.

Thanks JK.. this is a helpful answer either way, as it helps me know I'm not just imagining not being able to find this information 😅
