Wondering if someone can help with an issue. I am using a hauwei p30 pro and my square has been working fine. Suddenly today it is saying the device is not compatible. I checked for any updates, restarted my phone, did a force stop and reopened the app etc and nothing is working. I even bought a new square and same thing. Is there some problem on their end? Thank you
@Phelps17 - hmm, did you double check if your device is still listed on our compatibility page? If it is, try updating the OS and the POS app if you haven't already.
Why would the phone stop being compatible? My Huawei P30 lite worked fine in September 2020. But now, it's not compatible? I'm left feeling puzzled and abandoned.
