My terminal is stalled on software update, 10 minutes remaining for over 5 hours. If anyone else's has done this what did you do to fix it? They say 1 to 3 days for tech support smh
If anyone else encounters this, do a hard reset. Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds. Even when the machine turns off, keep holding. When it comes back on, keep holding. It will tell you when to stop.
