I have three square terminals, one of which constantly displays printer issue. Is this a defective unit or is there something to do with it to stop the warning?

Is the terminal up to date? Have you tried deleting and creating the printer station again? If you are getting any error message can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? Also, confirm the brand and model printer you are connecting. Please provide some more details and I can further assist.

It’s the actual square terminal itself, not a connected printer. It just shows in red at the top of the screen “printer issue”. Yes everything is up to date, I bought three terminals at the same time the other two are fine just this one which makes me think it’s a defective unit.
