Square for Restaurants send and stay

I am running Square for Restaurants in Full Service mode. I can take orders and print receipts when people are paying, but I cannot get it to send the order to my KDS screen/printer. Only the main register is getting it.

I have send and stay set properly and have been looking and playing for hours, but nothing is working. 

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this to work?  I need tickets to print without being closed out.  I need tickets to print when send is hit.

Have you taken a peek at your printer profiles? You can set your printer profiles and tell them what exactly to print. I have multiple Square devices running at one time but only one of them is set to print my to-go orders as well as in-house orders. The rest of them are set to print in-house orders only. You can go to Settings > Device Management > Profiles > Printer Profiles and take a peek there. Make sure everything is correctly linked to your KDS/kitchen printer.
