Hello, I hope everyone is doing fine.
I've just connected my iPhone to the Square Terminal. However, the built-in printer is not printing any receipts. Is there a way to configure this, or must I get an additional Bluetooth printer to connect to my iPhone? Thank you.
@rwhs_javyn I haven't tried this directly but I know there is a setting when you connect the terminal to the iOS to allow receipts to be printed etc. So check the point of sale and also on the terminal itself if you swipe right from the left side you can do some settings there also.
Hello, I've tried all the settings I can find on the terminal, but still no luck.
I've even connected a 3rd party printer (USB type) with the terminal. When it's the terminal alone, both printers can print receipts out just fine, but when connected, no receipt was printed. I'm only given the option to either email the receipt or SMS the receipt.

Hello, I did, but I've tried what's written there but still nothing. I have all my printer settings turned on, but it just wouldn't print out any receipts.

At this time, in order to print receipts on the Square Terminal you would have to complete the payment on the Square Terminal by sending the payment from your device to the Terminal to be settled. At that point, the terminal will print a receipt.
