Square Register printing names in reverse since updates

Yes this is happening to us also since the last update

This needs to be a priority patch it’s insane an update would cause this

I watched your video and want to make sure I’m understanding the issue correctly. From what I saw, when you typed the keys — “t, r, i, o,” followed by another letter that was off-screen, and then “e” — the description field showed “elpirt,” which definitely looks like a bug. I can escalate this to our team right away.

That said, I want to confirm if this is the main issue you’re experiencing, or if you’re also encountering the behaviour mentioned in the older thread you linked, where customer names in orders appear in all caps as LAST NAME/FIRST NAME following a software update?

The reverse characters is the main issue, and still continues to happen on the square register
